    • Lubricate moving parts like pulleys, cables, and bearings to ensure smooth operation and a thorough assessment of all visible and accessible components, including the lift frame, lifting mechanism, motor, cables, cradles, and bunks, as well as testing the operation and checking for structural integrity and potential safety hazards.

Details of inspection include:

Structural Components of Inspection:

• Lift Frame: We’ll inspect your components for any signs of damage, rust, corrosion, or structural issues.

• Piling and Piling Caps: Checking the condition of the pilings that support the lift and the caps that protect them from water damage should be part of your regular maintenance schedule.

• Cables and Sheaves: We’ll examine the cables for wear, fraying, or damage, as well as the sheaves (pulleys) for proper alignment and condition.

• Cradles and Bunks: Inspecting the cradles and bunks for damage, wear, and proper fit.

• Motor and Gearbox: It’s important to regularly check the motor for proper operation, oil levels, and any signs of damage or wear, as well as, inspecting the gearbox for leaks or damage.

• Hardware: Inspecting all hardware, including bolts, brackets, and fasteners, for tightness, corrosion, and damage is part of our regular service.

• Dock Structure: Assessing the overall condition of the dock, including pilings, decking, and railings, to ensure it’s structurally sound and safe.

Functional Testing performed during service and Inspection:

Operating the Lift: Testing the lift’s operation, including raising and lowering the boat, to ensure it functions both smoothly and safely.

Remote Control Functionality: We’ll test the remote control to ensure it’s working properly and that the lift responds to commands.

*Your Service Technician will inform you of any potential issues and recommendations for additional repairs once the inspection is completed.

Lubrication of one lift system is included in the $199.00 price for first visit. Second visit within 6 months is only $100. (Each additional lift being lubricated at a cost of $35.00 each.)
